Andrea Harkins - Social/Golf Chair

With over 10 years of employee benefit experience, Andrea has held positions on the broker and provider side as well as the employer side. Based on her previous experience, Andrea has particular expertise in the financial analysis required in making informed decisions regarding benefit plan selection.
Prior to working with Lockton Companies, Andrea was an Account Executive with EBS Capstone, where she assisted her clients with all aspects of their benefit employee programs. Andrea has also worked for a national provider of 401(k) plans where she was a Plan Consultant as well as a Training Consultant. Prior to that she was a Human Resources Administrator where she gained valuable knowledge across all lines of employee benefits.
Andrea is a graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in both Mathematics and Classics. She is a licensed life, accident, and health broker. Andrea is working towards her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
